This page is all about the Sparta Prague stadium.
Since its completion, AC Sparta Praha´s football stadium has been presented as a symbol of power of one of the best football teams in the country and a successful team of European calibre. The well-designed stadium offers enough comfort even to the most demanding visitors from all over Europe.
Recently, the pitch, the grandstands, as well as other parts of the stadium were substantially reconstructed. The new owner of AC Sparta Praha, the publishing house Vltava a. s., guarantees further development of the country's most prestigious club and its technical background. The main grandstand went through another stage of reconstruction at the beginning of the year 2000, when 194 VIP seats were built for Sparta's important business partners and celebrities.

1894- Spartas first pitch in Holesovice and the second pitch in Letna


1913- Sparta moves again, this time for good


1921- the construction of Sparta´s first stadium begins


1934- Sparta´s pride burns down, but the stadium is to be rebuilt


1937- new reinforced concrete grandstand whose foundations are still in place today


1969- a new arena for 35,880 fans is opened


1994- the latest reconstruction, the stadium turned to an all-seater facility
